1. About the Statement
GLORY LTD. (GLORY) has produced this FY2015 Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement ("Statement") in line with the requirements of Section 54 of the UK Government's Modern Slavery Act 2015. GLORY, as a company carrying on business in the United Kingdom, aims through this Statement to provide insight into the steps that GLORY has taken during the fiscal year 2015 ending March 2016 to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not occurring in any part of its business and supply chains.

3. GLORY's commitment and initiatives to combat Slavery and Human Trafficking
GLORY diligently complies with the law so that it can exist and prosper in today's society. GLORY also considers its suppliers as important partners with whom GLORY aims to grow and develop through fair and transparent transactions with them. GLORY, therefore, has a zero tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking.

The following initiatives and steps have been taken by GLORY to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in any part of its business including its supply chains:

・The principle "Respect for individuals / Talent development / Workplace safety" is one of the basic principles within GLORY's "Corporate Action Guidelines", whereby GLORY respects the personality and individuality of its employees and strives to create an enriching and pleasant work environment.

・In March 2014, GLORY signed the UN Global Compact (UNGC) and declared its commitment to the UNGC's 10 principles in the four fields of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.

・GLORY is focused on compliance with the Code of Conduct of Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), which contains specific requirements covering slavery and human trafficking.

・GLORY has established the GLORY Supplier Code of Conduct ("the Code") which must be observed by all GLORY's tier 1 suppliers. The Code includes amongst other requirements, a prohibition on forced labor, inhuman treatment, child labor and discrimination and a requirement for the payment of appropriate wages and restrictions on working hours and respect for employees' rights to freedom of association.

4. GLORY's activities in FY2015
GLORY has conducted the following activities to ensure that there has not been any slavery and human trafficking within GLORY and its supply chains:

・Forums with the tier 1 suppliers were held both in Japan and the Philippines for giving guidance on GLORY's concept and initiatives for promoting Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR").

・In order to check the status of compliance with the Code, GLORY obtained a "letter of consent" to the Code and responses to the "CSR self-check list" from every tier 1 supplier in Japan.

・GLORY also established a website which allows customers, business partners and suppliers to consult GLORY for any compliance issues within the supply chains of GLORY.
