In 2022 I was promoted to Software Solutions Architect at Glory. Before that, I’d worked in software support, product support and operations. I’m proud to work for the world leader in developing and manufacturing cash handling systems. Our reputation reaches far and wide – and Glory has a clear, winning vision for the future. We deliver on this constantly and move forward to always be the market leader. Each day, I relish the opportunity to work for the very best - and all of this gives me huge pride in my work.

 

In this fast-paced environment, there’s always something more to learn. And of course, challenges appear. I find problem resolution rewarding and exciting. Through research or testing, I try to do this alone, but support from management is always available. Being a part of Glory’s success story is very gratifying. And of course, satisfied comments from colleagues and customers alike are great to hear.

 

A first-rate company needs first-rate management and training opportunities. At Glory, we have both. My manager’s mentorship and support are invaluable. I’m constantly signposted to further growth and solution support. I can brush up on any of my skill sets with the abundant development opportunities. Through a structured process, we’re also welcomed into regular career development reviews.
