How do I find a position?
To browse Glory’s current vacancies, go to Find Your Next Opportunity, then Careers Page. Click on Learn More. Here, you’ll see Current Vacancies. You can refine your search by location, department, employee duration, job code, and more. Simply choose what you’d like to learn more about and click Search. Even better, you can mix any of these criteria to zone in on your ideal post.
How do I apply for a specific position?
- To see the job description, click View
- Here, you’ll see all the details of the position - including responsibilities, experience and qualifications
Select Apply Now - To see the description of the vacancy without viewing the job description, click View
- Fill in and send the online application form
How do I set up job alerts?
- It’s easy to set up email notifications for the latest opportunities that match your skill set.
Complete your search as detailed above - At the top of the page select Set a Job Alert, then click Save
Enter your email address and click Submit - You’ll receive an email confirmation request. Just click Confirm when it arrives.
- Your alert is now set up and you’ll receive tailored notifications.
How do I cancel an alert?
- Select Job Alert to view your alerts list
- Go to the Action column and select Remove
- The alert is now removed
Can I send you my CV?
- Yes. We invite you to upload your CV together with your general application. You can do this on our Careers site
How do I send you my CV?
- You can complete a general application form here.
- Although only fields marked * are mandatory, we recommend you complete as many fields as possible.
- You can do this manually or have the system automatically populate this information when you upload your resume. Next, you can add any additional information as required.
Can I apply for more than one vacancy?
- Yes, you can. You do this within a single application as long as you meet the requirements for each vacancy.
What qualifications do I need to join Glory? - This depends on your desired role – you’ll find the requirements are on the job specification. Your current qualifications, and your experience, will be taken into account.
Can I apply if I don't have a work permit - or if I don’t have documentation certifying my eligibility to work in the country? - Where needed, you must have a valid work permit and/or acceptable documentation to work with Glory.
- It is your responsibility to provide this in line with local government requirements.
How long is the recruitment process?
- Typically, the process from applying to your being offered a job varies and depends on the complexity of the role.
- Your HR representative will answer any questions you have. They will also keep you informed at every stage of the journey.
Will I need to take an English test if English is not my first language? - You may be asked to demonstrate your English skills if they are a crucial part of the role you’re applying for.
Can you give me feedback, even if I’m unsuccessful?
- Yes, we are happy to provide feedback.
How many hours will I work? - This varies widely from country to country and might well be dependent on your chosen role. We offer a wide range of positions with differing hours and working patterns.
Will I receive training from Glory?
- Yes – we’re keen to provide you with learning and development opportunities so you can fulfil your potential. This is tailored according to your role, your experience level and current skills. At minimum, training is provided on our products and our mandatory systems, if needed. Further training and development is between you and your manager - all part of your ongoing performance management conversations. And depending on your contract, you’ll be eligible to access our in-house Learning Platform.
Do I need a car and a driving licence?
- This depends on the job you’ve applied for. You’ll find details in the job specification.
Will I need to supply references? - Yes – once you have been offered a position. Offers made by Glory are subject to satisfactory references and checks being completed.
